or column wrap and have your contractor follow our installation
instructions.
Alternately, you can also
purchase our complete column kit which includes complete
instructions, concrete footer mold, your choice of wood column,
powder coated steel internal support post and pre-welded gate
tabs.
Our Column wraps are
available in the same woods our driveway gates are made from.
So they will coordinate perfectly. You can choose a stainable/paintable
wood such as Cedar or White Oak or you can use our most durable IPE
wood for a beautiful rosey walnut look. Posts and Pillars are
available in above ground heights of 5, 6 and 7 feet. The
solid posts are 4" x 4"

test of time by our local old order Amish community and other fine craftsmen. Each driveway gate is meticulously
and individually hand crafted by an expert woods craftsman, not by an assembly
line of factory workers.
Our stunning wood

solid IPE Wood, White Oak or Red Cedar.
They are completely solid and are not veneered. It
is also important to mention that all of our wood driveway gates are
constructed from premium heartwood that is located in the center
of the tree. This is the strongest and most durable part
of the tree. There are no knots in our wood gates. Many other
wood driveway gate companies use second run and
inferior wood that does not exhibit the durable qualities of the
more expensive heart wood that we use. This
fact along with the multitude of uniquely designed custom wood gates add a
natural elegance and durability not found by any of our
competitors.
All of our wood gates are
designed and constructed to bestrong and durable.
Our wooden gates are constructed using traditional premium construction methods
including Mortise and Tenon Joinery and Tongue and
Groove floating panels. Our
wood fence gates are great for areas in corrosive climates,
and for those who would like to avoid the maintenance and
cost common to iron gates. Our White Oak and Red
Cedar Gates are shipped
finely sanded and ready to accept your stain
or paint of choice. While our IPE wood gates ship
already treated with a clear UV inhibitor. The extreme
density of IPE wood that gives its incredible durability,
however does not allow the wood to accept paint or stain well.
For this reason the IPE wood is available only in it's beautiful
natural "rosey walnut" finish.

Our most popular wood is Cedar though we also
offer white oak gates. All wood is premium quality and
hand selected to ensure the beauty of the finished product.
Through this process, each garden and wood driveway gate
acquires its own unique character and is truly one of a kind. We
use a a steel support frame for structural support on all of our
wood driveway gates. The wood frames of our gates are
constructed using mortise and tenon joinery, the strongest
wood-to-wood connection. Slat panels are tongue and groove
construction and placed within the rail and stile framework.
Both of these features allow for the natural, seasonal expansion
and contraction of the wood. We also offer iron work
details for our wood gates and faux economical wood details that
